Island-born ideas. Built for the future.

We're Mavinga and Alysha Warner, and MujinDG is the technology and creative company we own together. We build apps, produce video and podcasts, and keep businesses' technology running, with AI as the tool and people always the author.

Our promise

AI is our tool, never the author. It helps people do more. It never takes their place, and the final word always belongs to a person.

People make the call

Nothing we build posts, publishes or orders on its own. The software does the heavy lifting, and a person decides.

Your work stays yours

Our apps run on our own server, not in someone else's AI cloud. Your words and recordings are never used to train AI.

Protected by design

Every app is watched by a security center we built ourselves, with sign-up approvals, visit logs and automatic blocks for attackers.

What MujinDG can build

From an idea in your head
to an app in your hand.

Apps for web, phone and wrist

Web apps that install like native ones, Android apps and Wear OS companions, all designed mobile-first.

WebAndroidWear OS

Voice into words

Speech-to-text that keeps every word and knows who said it. A 90-minute episode is transcribed in under four minutes.

Private AI on our own hardware

Our models run on the graphics cards in our own server. No cloud AI and no per-minute fees, and your work isn't sent to another company's AI.

Communities and directories

Member spaces with business pages, maps, groups, events, messages and moderation, built to feel safe and welcoming.

Security built in

Sign-up approvals, two-step sign-in, live visit logs and automatic blocks, explained in plain English by a local AI analyst.

Design that feels human

Led by Alysha: the brand, the words and the experience, shaped around the people who will use them, not the technology behind them.

Services

We'll build it with you, too.

Beyond our own apps, MujinDG works hands-on with businesses and creators, at home in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and further afield, backed by years in enterprise IT and six years running a podcast and video studio.

Video production

Promotional videos, training content and social clips, from planning and filming to the final edit.

Podcast recording & editing

Multi-camera recording, professional audio and post-production, delivered ready to publish on every platform.

A/V installation

Audio and video systems for classrooms, event spaces and offices, installed properly and kept running.

IT support & consulting

Networks, servers, workstations and help desk support for small businesses, led by a former Google operations engineer.

Hon

Speak your book. Keep every word.

Hon's AI never writes a word. It only types what you say.

Talk, and Hon writes it down word for word, turns it into chapters and lays the pages out like a published novel. A proofreader points out slips that you accept or ignore.

  • Dictate on the web, on your Android phone or from your watch
  • An Authorship Certificate proves every word is yours
  • A story bible of every character and place
  • E-book, print-ready PDF and a publishing kit

Rec

Every word. Every voice.

Recordings, videos and podcast links, turned into transcripts you can trust.

Every word as it was said, who said it and when. Rec drafts an article and a recap from the transcript for you to edit. The AI drafts, and people decide.

  • A 90-minute episode transcribed in under four minutes
  • Learns each voice to show who's talking
  • Finds the ads and leaves them out
  • A built-in word processor, one-click web pages and an Android app
Rec's website: Every word. Every voice. A transcript with speaker names next to a phone recording screen.

Our story

Caribbean roots.
Family built.

Mavinga and Alysha Warner, cheek to cheek in a selfie.

MujinDG is owned fifty-fifty by husband and wife Mavinga and Alysha Warner.

Alysha's whole family is from Jamaica, and she grew up there from the age of five to twelve. Mavinga was born in the U.S. Virgin Islands and raised in the British Virgin Islands. We come from places where family is your first team and community is everything, and that's how we run this company: side by side, as equal partners, building things that bring people closer.

We founded MujinDG in 2025 in Austin, and today we call Corinth, Texas, in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, home: we moved when Alysha earned a promotion with Elara Caring. Between us we bring more than a decade in technology, from Google to the server that runs our apps, and a nursing career spent caring for people at the hardest moments of their lives.

Mavinga has spent more than a decade in technology. He started out in New York in electronics repair, data destruction and logistics, then led an IT help desk team at Matrix supporting more than 300 people. At Google he spent three years as a Corporate Operations Engineer, supporting more than 1,000 people around the world across macOS, Windows, Linux and ChromeOS. His 99% customer satisfaction rating put him in the top 5% of his team, and he mentored more than 15 junior engineers along the way.

Since then he has run the systems behind a 24/7 crisis line as a system administrator for the National Domestic Violence Hotline, managed the IT for more than 200 people at DSDT while teaching its IT courses, and supported enterprise users as a technical support analyst at Quest Software. He also co-founded Digital Discovery, a podcast and video production company he ran for six years, before starting MujinDG.

He built and runs MujinDG's own server, the machine that hosts every one of our apps and runs our AI on its own graphics cards. It's the reason MujinDG doesn't have to rent someone else's cloud.

He calls himself a dreamer and a creator. For eight years he carried ideas for apps around in his head. In 2026, working with AI coding assistants like Claude and ChatGPT, he turned them into real, working software. He isn't a software developer, and he'll tell you so. He brings the vision: together with Alysha he decides what every app should do, how it should feel and the rules it must never break, then he steers every build, tests every feature himself and runs the server the apps live on.

Years on the front line of IT support taught him what it feels like when someone is waiting and the answer is buried somewhere. That's behind the rule he holds everything MujinDG makes to: technology should make life easier for people, and never replace them.

Clinical Team Manager, Elara Caring

Alysha is a registered nurse who has spent her career caring for people, and since 2020 she has worked in hospice care with many different providers. Today she is a Clinical Team Manager with Elara Caring, a promotion that brought our family from Austin to the Dallas area. Her work means walking alongside patients and families through some of life's most tender moments. It asks for patience, presence and a deep kind of listening, and it shapes the way she sees everything: people first, always.

She is also a proven leader. For seven years she was Director of Faith Community Nursing at Adventist WholeHealth Network. She went on to manage a nursing unit at Genesis in Reading, Pennsylvania, and to work as a case management nurse with BAYADA Home Health Care. She earned her associate degree in nursing at Queensborough Community College and her bachelor's at Chamberlain University.

As Chief Creative Officer and an equal owner of MujinDG, she shapes how our work looks, sounds and feels, from the brand to the words we choose to the experience of every person who opens one of our apps. Her questions are the human ones: will this make someone's day easier, and will they feel respected using it?

She co-created Hon and Rec with Mavinga, and brings the warmth and pride of her Jamaican family, and the childhood years she spent on the island, to everything MujinDG puts into the world.
